We ship orders every 2-4 business days, unless specified otherwise due to emergencies or holidays.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped, or emailed personally if there is any delay for any reason. If you need your order held back because you will be away, or have any other requests, just let us know we'll do our best to help.
US domestic orders are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority and usually arrive within 1-7 days.
International orders are sent via USPS First Class International and usually arrive within 5-21 days.
The cost of shipping is taken directly from USPS and is automatically updated with the number of buttons purchased and the destination.
There is a shipping estimator once you add one or more buttons to your cart. With this tool you can estimate your shipping costs. The shipping cost may vary slightly from the actual shipping cost.
International Shipping and Shipping Address
We ship internationally to almost all countries. It is your responsibility to provide a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for missing orders if an incorrect address is provided. Please check your address carefully and inform us of any issues.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If your address was entered incorrectly and was undeliverable, you are responsible to pay for the secondary shipping costs to get your order to you. We will not pay to re-ship your button(s) if you entered your address incorrectly. Please make sure your address is 100% correct!
Customs and Duty
You are responsible for all duties/customs fees that may be applied by your country. The customs form will state the accurate value of the order and will be marked 'other’. Please don’t ask us to falsify this information.
Lost or Delayed Items
If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please let us know so we can investigate. Please check with your neighbors, building staff, or local delivery office first in case it’s just sitting in a dark corner somewhere. All packages have our return address displayed so they may end up back here.
Shopify checks for fraud as part of the order process. If an order is flagged as possible fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund it in full without explanation. If you think we made a mistake with your order, please contact us.
